President’s Page

Hello and welcome to Flagstone,

My name is Kendra Wilson, and I have taken on the role as your Flagstone Community Association President. If you are new here, WELCOME! If you have been a long-time resident of Flagstone, we appreciate you continuing to be a big part of our neighborhood involvement.

My family and I moved to Ooltewah from The Tampa/Clearwater area of Florida in 2019, so we have been Flagstone residents for almost four years now. Tennessee has been so good to our family. Our kids (all 5 of them) would probably agree in me saying that. There is so much to do in our area no matter what season it is. This is one of the many benefits of living in Ooltewah, and why we chose Flagstone to call home.

This year I would like to focus on the word “community”. I know the past three years have been a difficult one for us all, with unprecedented times as we navigated through Covid. Because of this, our Flagstone residents have not been able to participate fully in all the fun events that so many once knew. My goal as president is to bring our residents together and become an actively involved community once again. However, the board and I cannot do this alone. We hope to have your help and support.

Please understand that Flagstone is a voluntary association that has a board who also serve on a volunteer basis. We do not require anyone to pay mandatory association dues, nor will anyone be
excluded from our community happenings should they choose not to pay dues. However, due paying members are the backbone of our community happenings and without them we are limited to the many upgrade visions and community events. I strongly encourage everyone to keep the Flagstone
Community webpage bookmarked at the following: http://Flagstone-community.com For those with social media; plug into the Community Association Page that is open to all residents of Flagstone by following the QR code.

These two resources will have the answers to many of your questions that you may have regarding
paying dues, community events, and quarterly meetings. If you need to contact me, please do not
hesitate. You can click the “contact us section” to reach me. I look forward to meeting everyone
throughout the year.

Cheers!
Kendra Wilson,
FCA President
